BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

APPROPRIATION.

new text begin $2,500,000 in fiscal year 2023 is appropriated from the general fund to the Metropolitan
Council for a grant to Dakota County for right-of-way acquisition and for design, engineering,
and construction of pedestrian safety-related improvements, including grade-separated
crossings of Town Highway 149 in Dakota County. This appropriation includes money for
the River to River Greenway Dodd Road Crossing.
