  1.4             Pine City.  
  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [DISABLED ACCESS LEVY AUTHORITY; PINE CITY.] 
  1.7      Notwithstanding the time limits in Minnesota Statutes, 
  1.8   section 123B.58, subdivision 3, independent school district No. 
  1.9   578, Pine City, may levy its remaining disabled access levy 
  1.10  authority over five or fewer years.  
  1.11     [EFFECTIVE DATE.] This section is effective the day 
  1.12  following final enactment.
