  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [REPEALER.] 
  1.7      Laws 1993, chapter 146, article 5, section 20, as amended 
  1.8   by Laws 1997, First Special Session chapter 4, article 3, 
  1.9   section 20, is repealed. 
  1.10     Sec. 2.  [EFFECTIVE DATE.] 
  1.11     Section 1 is effective the day following final enactment.
