A bill for an act
 relating to legacy; appropriating money to Special Guerrilla Units Veterans and
Families of USA.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION; SPECIAL GUERRILLA UNITS VETERANS AND
FAMILIES OF USA.

new text begin $250,000 in fiscal year 2024 and $250,000 in fiscal year 2025 are appropriated from the
arts and cultural heritage fund to the commissioner of administration for a grant to Special
Guerrilla Units Veterans and Families of USA, Inc. to collect, document, archive, and
preserve Hmong Special Guerrilla Units veterans' histories and for programming and
educational efforts to teach the public about the history and cultural heritage of the Hmong
in Minnesota.
