A bill for an act
relating to employment; appropriating money for extended employment services
for persons with severe disabilities.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. EXTENDED EMPLOYMENT FOR PERSONS WITH SEVERE
DISABILITIES; APPROPRIATION.
$500,000 in fiscal year 2015 from the general fund and $500,000 in fiscal year
2015 from the workforce development fund are appropriated to the commissioner of
employment and economic development for rate increases to providers of extended
employment services for persons with severe disabilities under Minnesota Statutes, section
268A.15. This is a onetime appropriation and is available until expended.
