A bill for an act
relating to transportation; amending membership of the local road improvement
program advisory committee; amending Minnesota Statutes 2020, section 174.52,
subdivision 3.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

Minnesota Statutes 2020, section 174.52, subdivision 3, is amended to read:


Subd. 3.

Advisory committee.

(a) The commissioner deleted text begin shalldeleted text end new text begin mustnew text end establish a local road

(1) one county commissioner;
