  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to the environment; appropriating money for 
  1.3             water pollution control. 
  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION; PUBLIC FACILITIES AUTHORITY.] 
  1.6      (a) $297,000,000 is appropriated from the general fund to 
  1.7   the public facilities authority for deposit in the water 
  1.8   pollution control revolving fund under Minnesota Statutes, 
  1.9   section 446A.07.  $100,000,000 of this appropriation is for the 
  1.10  agricultural best management practices loan program, under 
  1.11  Minnesota Statutes, section 17.117. 
  1.12     (b) $100,000,000 is appropriated from the general fund to 
  1.13  the public facilities authority for supplemental assistance to 
  1.14  municipalities under Minnesota Statutes, section 446A.072. 
  1.15     (c) $1,000,000 is appropriated from the general fund to the 
  1.16  public facilities authority for planning grants under Minnesota 
  1.17  Statutes, section 446A.071. 
  1.18     (d) The appropriations under this section are available 
  1.19  until spent. 
  1.20     Sec. 2.  [APPROPRIATION; POLLUTION CONTROL AGENCY.] 
  1.21     $2,000,000 is appropriated from the general fund to the 
  1.22  pollution control agency for administration of the wastewater 
  1.23  infrastructure fund construction program.  This appropriation is 
  1.24  available until spent. 
  2.1      Sec. 3.  [EFFECTIVE DATE.] 
  2.2      This act is effective on the day following final enactment.
