BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

$2,808,000 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner of revenue for a
grant to Otter Tail County for debt service on a building located in the city of Fergus Falls
and formerly leased by the state to provide residential treatment services.
