  1.2             relating to education finance; authorizing a fund 
  1.3             transfer for independent school district No. 2215, 
  1.4             Norman County East. 
  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [FUND TRANSFER; NORMAN COUNTY EAST.] 
  1.7      Notwithstanding Minnesota Statutes, sections 123B.79, 
  1.8   123B.80, and 475.61, subdivision 4, on June 2000, independent 
  1.9   school district No. 2215, Norman County East, may permanently 
  1.10  transfer up to $419,000 from its building construction fund to 
  1.11  the reserved account for operating capital in the general fund 
  1.12  without making a levy reduction. 
  1.13     Sec. 2.  [EFFECTIVE DATE.] 
  1.14     Section 1 is effective the day following final enactment.
