  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to highways; appropriating money for the 
  1.3             construction of marked Trunk Highway 212 as a 
  1.4             multilane divided highway.  
  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION; TRUNK HIGHWAY 212.] 
  1.7      $123,300,000 is appropriated from the trunk highway fund to 
  1.8   the commissioner of transportation for the construction of 
  1.9   marked Trunk Highway 212, from Cologne to its intersection with 
  1.10  Hennepin County State-Aid Highway 4, as a multilane divided 
  1.11  highway.  This appropriation may be spent for planning, 
  1.12  acquisition of real property, preliminary engineering, final 
  1.13  design, and construction of the highway.
