BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION; GRANTS TO REGIONAL EMERGENCY MEDICAL
SERVICES PROGRAMS.

$985,000 in fiscal year 2020 and $985,000 in fiscal year 2021 are appropriated from the
general fund to the Emergency Medical Services Regulatory Board for grants to regional
emergency medical services programs. The board shall distribute the appropriations in this
section equally among the eight emergency medical service regions.
