 relating to human services; codifying the home and community-based services
incentive pool; appropriating money.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION.

new text begin $8,656,000 in fiscal year 2017 is appropriated from the general fund to the
commissioner of human services for incentive payments under Minnesota Statutes,
section 256B.0921. The base for this appropriation is $8,500,000 in fiscal year 2018 and is
$8,025,000 in fiscal year 2019.

new text begin The revisor of statutes shall codify Minnesota Laws 2015, chapter 71, article 7,
section 55, as Minnesota Statutes, section 256B.0921.
