1.1 A bill for an act 1.2 relating to state lands; authorizing public sale of 1.3 one tax-forfeited lot that borders public water in 1.4 Crow Wing county. 1.5 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 1.6 Section 1. [SALE OF TAX-FORFEITED LAND; CROW WING COUNTY.] 1.7 (a) Notwithstanding Minnesota Statutes, sections 92.45 and 1.8 282.018, subdivision 1, Crow Wing county may sell tax-forfeited 1.9 land bordering public water that is described in paragraph (c) 1.10 under the remaining provisions of Minnesota Statutes, chapter 1.11 282. 1.12 (b) The conveyance must be in a form approved by the 1.13 attorney general. 1.14 (c) The land that may be sold is located in Crow Wing 1.15 county and is described as: Lot one (1), Block three (3), 1.16 central addition No. 2 to Crosby, RE: 111000030010009. 1.17 (d) The size of the lot is 40 feet by 105 feet, but the 1.18 water frontage exceeds 50 feet due to a meandering creek. 1.19 (e) The county has determined the land should be returned 1.20 to private ownership. 1.21 Sec. 2. [EFFECTIVE DATE.] 1.22 Section 1 is effective the day following its final 1.23 enactment.
