penalty.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Notwithstanding Minnesota Statutes, section 123B.05, for the 2010 calendar year
only, state aid must not be reduced for a school district that has reached a tentative
collective bargaining agreement with the exclusive representative of the teachers by
January 15, 2010.
