  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to McLeod county; extending the authority to 
  1.3             temporarily office in Glencoe township; amending Laws 
  1.4             1995, chapter 207, article 2, section 37. 
  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  Laws 1995, chapter 207, article 2, section 37, 
  1.7   is amended to read: 
  1.8      Sec. 37.  [MCLEOD COUNTY; COUNTY OFFICES OUTSIDE COUNTY 
  1.9   SEAT.] 
  1.10     Notwithstanding Minnesota Statutes, section 382.04 to the 
  1.11  contrary, the McLeod county auditor, treasurer, social service 
  1.12  director, and recorder may temporarily office at a location in 
  1.13  Glencoe township.  The authority provided in this section 
  1.14  expires six years after final enactment in 2002.
