  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to game and fish; requiring changes to the 
  1.3             perch limit on inland waters. 
  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [REQUIRED RULE AMENDMENT.] 
  1.6      The commissioner of natural resources shall amend Minnesota 
  1.7   Rules, part 6262.0200, subpart 1, item O, to limit perch bags to 
  1.8   30 per day and 50 in possession.  The commissioner may use the 
  1.9   rulemaking procedure specified under Minnesota Statutes, section 
  1.10  14.388. 
  1.11     Sec. 2.  [EFFECTIVE DATE.] 
  1.12     Section 1 is effective the day following final enactment.
