  1.1                          A bill for an act
  1.2             relating to state government; authorizing the issuance 
  1.3             of state bonds for construction of a ski jump in the 
  1.4             Highland Hills/Bush Lake ski area; appropriating money.
  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.7      (a) $1,250,000 is appropriated from the bond proceeds fund 
  1.8   to the amateur sports commission for design, construction, and 
  1.9   equipping of a K70 ski jump in the Highland Hills/Bush Lake ski 
  1.10  area. 
  1.11     (b) To provide the money appropriated by this act from the 
  1.12  bond proceeds fund, the commissioner of finance, on request of 
  1.13  the governor, shall sell and issue bonds of the state in an 
  1.14  amount up to $1,250,000 in the manner, on the terms, and with 
  1.15  the effect prescribed by Minnesota Statutes, sections 16A.631 to 
  1.16  16A.675, and by the Minnesota Constitution, article XI, sections 
  1.17  4 to 7.
