relating to liquor; authorizing an on-sale license in Alexandria.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin ALEXANDRIA; ON-SALE LICENSE.

new text begin Notwithstanding any law or ordinance to the contrary, the city of Alexandria may issue
an on-sale wine license and an on-sale malt liquor license to a business located at 624
Broadway Street. The license under this section authorizes sales on all days of the week for
consumption on the premises. All other provisions of Minnesota Statutes, chapter 340A,
not inconsistent with this section, apply.
