A bill for an act
 relating to education finance; repealing the requirement that the Department of
Management and Budget require school district state aid payments to be reduced
prior to the state of Minnesota undertaking short-term borrowing for cash flow
needs; repealing Minnesota Statutes 2008, section 127A.46.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
