BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1.

[645.025] EXPIRATION OF UNCODIFIED LAW IN MAJOR
APPROPRIATION OR TAX BILLS.

Uncodified law enacted in a major finance or revenue bill or omnibus tax or appropriation
bill provided for by legislative rule or practice expires June 30 of the second year of the
biennium in which the law is enacted unless a different expiration date is explicitly specified.
