BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

$350,000 in fiscal year 2020 and $350,000 in fiscal year 2021 are appropriated from the
general fund to the commissioner of economic development for a grant to Hennepin County
for the Cedar Riverside Partnership. This is a onetime appropriation.
