  1.1                          A bill for an act
  1.2             relating to vocational rehabilitation; authorizing 
  1.3             additional funding for employment support services for 
  1.4             persons with mental illness; appropriating money. 
  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATIONS; COMMISSIONER OF ECONOMIC 
  1.7   SECURITY.] 
  1.8      Subdivision 1.  [EMPLOYMENT SUPPORT SERVICES.] $356,200 is 
  1.9   appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner of 
  1.10  economic security, for the biennium ending June 30, 1997, for 
  1.11  employment support services authorized by Minnesota Statutes, 
  1.12  section 268A.13. 
  1.13     Subd. 2.  [PLANNING FOR A STATEWIDE REIMBURSEMENT 
  1.14  SYSTEM.] $50,000 is appropriated from the general fund to the 
  1.15  commissioner of economic security, for the fiscal year ending 
  1.16  June 30, 1997, for purposes of planning the statewide 
  1.17  reimbursement system authorized by Minnesota Statutes, section 
  1.18  268A.14.
