relating to state government; appropriating money to the East Side Freedom Library.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION; EAST SIDE FREEDOM LIBRARY.

$90,000 in fiscal year 2022 and $90,000 in fiscal year 2023 are appropriated from the
general fund to the Department of Administration for a grant to East Side Freedom Library
to incorporate into its work and to disseminate information about Hmong, Karen, Spanish,
Somali, Oromo, and other underrepresented cultures.
