relating to legacy; appropriating arts and cultural heritage fund money for East
Side Freedom Library Artist Working Group.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

$75,000 in fiscal year 2022 and $75,000 in fiscal year 2023 are appropriated from the
arts and cultural heritage fund to the Department of Administration for a grant to the East
Side Freedom Library to support the work of the East Side Freedom Library Artist Working
Group, which supports a wide array of artists working in communities to create quality,
healthy, sustainable, and vibrant neighborhoods.
