relating to economic development; appropriating money for a study creating
Duluth-Iron Range African Heritage Hub.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION.

$250,000 in fiscal year 2020 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner
of employment and economic development for a grant to Fathers Rise Together to study
the creation of a Duluth-Iron Range African Heritage Hub. Fathers Rise Together shall
report to the commissioner its findings by January 15, 2020. This is a onetime appropriation.
