  1.2             relating to highways; requiring commissioner of 
  1.3             transportation to construct only a grade-separated 
  1.4             interchange at the southern terminus of the Brainerd 
  1.5             bypass on marked trunk highway No. 371. 
  1.6   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.7      Section 1.  [INTERCHANGE; BRAINERD BYPASS.] 
  1.8      The commissioner of transportation may not construct any 
  1.9   interchange at the southern terminus of that section of marked 
  1.10  trunk highway No. 371 known as the Brainerd bypass other than a 
  1.11  fully grade-separated interchange.
