A bill for an act
 relating to capital investment; modifying an appropriation for the Municipal Athletic
Complex in the city of St. Cloud; amending Laws 2020, Fifth Special Session
chapter 3, article 1, section 21, subdivision 36.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

Laws 2020, Fifth Special Session chapter 3, article 1, section 21, subdivision
36, is amended to read:


Subd. 36.

St. Cloud; Municipal Athletic
Complex

For a grant to the city of St. Cloud to design,
construct, furnish, and equip improvements
to the municipal athletic complex to serve as
a regional sport facility. This appropriation
includes money to renovate and expand the

at Dick Putz field, and to design, construct,
furnish and equip a new grandstand at Dick
Putz Field. This appropriation may not be used

This appropriation does not require a nonstate
contribution. Notwithstanding Minnesota
Statutes, section 16A.642, the bond sale
authorization and appropriation of bond
proceeds for this project are available until
