  1.6   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.7      Section 1.  [518.6145] [INTEREST ON PREPAID CHILD SUPPORT 
  1.8   OR MAINTENANCE.] 
  1.9      Interest earned on an escrow account under section 518.614 
  1.10  or on any other prepaid child support or maintenance belongs to 
  1.11  the child support or maintenance obligee.
