BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

the general fund to the commissioner of education for the fiscal year designated.

new text begin (a) For competitive grants to be awarded
for the development of American Indian history curriculum for kindergarten through grade
12 students.
