  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to Clara City; appropriating money for a 
  1.3             water quality capital improvement grant. 
  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [CLARA CITY; APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.6      $....... is appropriated from the general fund to the 
  1.7   public facilities authority to make a grant to the city of Clara 
  1.8   City to construct and upgrade capital improvements necessary to 
  1.9   meet mandatory water quality standards and provide adequate 
  1.10  water service to the city. 
  1.11     This appropriation is available until expended as provided 
  1.12  under the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, section 16A.28, 
  1.13  subdivision 5. 
  1.14     Sec. 2.  [EFFECTIVE DATE.] 
  1.15     Section 1 is effective the day following final enactment.
