A bill for an act
relating to jobs; appropriating money for a grant to a nonprofit organization to
administer a project for high-risk adults.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION.

new text begin $1,100,000 in fiscal year 2012 is appropriated from the general fund to the
commissioner of employment and economic development for a grant to the nonprofit
organization selected to administer the demonstration project for high-risk adults under
Laws 2007, chapter 54, article 1, section 19, in order to complete the project. This is
a onetime appropriation. Notwithstanding Minnesota Statutes, section 16A.28, this
appropriation is available until June 30, 2013.
