BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

$250,000 in fiscal year 2018 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner
of natural resources to compensate hydroelectric facilities impacted by the Little Rock
Lake-Sartell Pool drawdown project. This is a onetime appropriation.
