  1.2             relating to education; authorizing a lease levy for 
  1.3             independent school district No. 2190, Yellow Medicine 
  1.4             East. 
  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [LEASE LEVY; YELLOW MEDICINE EAST.] 
  1.7      Each year, independent school district No. 2190, Yellow 
  1.8   Medicine East may levy the amount necessary to rent or lease 
  1.9   space from Kilowatt community center for activity programs and 
  1.10  swimming and water instruction. 
  1.11     [EFFECTIVE DATE.] This section is effective for taxes 
  1.12  payable in 2002 and later.
