  1.2             relating to taxation; appropriating the proceeds of 
  1.3             the mortgage registry and deed taxes to the counties; 
  1.4             appropriating money; proposing coding for new law in 
  1.5             Minnesota Statutes, chapter 287.  
  1.6   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.7      Section 1.  [287.41] [COUNTY TAXES.] 
  1.8      The taxes imposed under chapter 287 that are paid to the 
  1.9   county treasurer of each county are annually appropriated to the 
  1.10  county for geographic information systems, cleanup and 
  1.11  redevelopment of polluted land, and economic development.
