A bill for an act
 relating to education; providing for verification of
school bus drivers' licenses by a certain date;
amending Minnesota Statutes 2004, section 171.321,
subdivision 5.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

Minnesota Statutes 2004, section 171.321,
subdivision 5, is amended to read:


Subd. 5.

Annual evaluation and license verification.
