  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION; PROPERTY CRIME COURT PILOT 
  1.7   PROJECT.] 
  1.8      $....... is appropriated from the general fund to the 
  1.9   fourth judicial district for the fiscal year ending June 30, 
  1.10  1998, to be used to implement an innovative court project to 
  1.11  improve the administration of justice with respect to 
  1.12  misdemeanor crimes which specifically affect the quality of life 
  1.13  in the community.  This sum is available until expended.
