Homeless Youth Act.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION; HOMELESS YOUTH ACT.

$4,000,000 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner of human
services in fiscal year 2015 for purposes of the Homeless Youth Act under Minnesota
Statutes, section 256K.45. This appropriation is available until expended.
