BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

$1,300,000 in fiscal year 2016 is appropriated from the parks and trails fund to
the commissioner of natural resources for a grant to the city of Inver Grove Heights for
predesign, design, acquisition, and improvements at Swing Bridge Park.
