relating to telecommunications; appropriating money for transfer to the Legislative
Coordinating Commission.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION; LEGISLATIVE COORDINATING COMMISSION.

new text begin $410,000 in fiscal year 2022 and $133,000 in fiscal year 2023 are appropriated from the
telecommunications access Minnesota fund account in the special revenue fund to the
commissioner of commerce for transfer to the Legislative Coordinating Commission for
captioning of legislative coverage. This transfer is subject to Minnesota Statutes, section
16A.281.
