A bill for an act
relating to parks and trails; appropriating money for a Mississippi River Regional
Trail connection.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

$400,000 in fiscal year 2016 is appropriated from the parks and trails fund to the
commissioner of natural resources for a grant to the city of Inver Grove Heights to
predesign a trail that connects the Mississippi River Regional Trail in the city of Inver
Grove Heights to Lebanon Hills Regional Park in the city of Eagan and that passes
through Rich Valley Park in the city of Inver Grove Heights.
