  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to education funding; authorizing a 
  1.3             facilities grant for a cooperative facility for 
  1.4             independent school district No. 482, Little Falls, and 
  1.5             Morrison County; appropriating money. 
  1.6   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.7      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION; LITTLE FALLS SCHOOL DISTRICT.] 
  1.8      (a) $3,800,000 is appropriated in fiscal year 2000 from the 
  1.9   general fund to the department of children, families, and 
  1.10  learning for a grant to independent school district No. 482, 
  1.11  Little Falls. 
  1.12     (b) The grant must be used for a facility developed in 
  1.13  cooperation with Morrison County and designed to provide 
  1.14  enhanced county and school district services. 
  1.15     (c) This appropriation is available until June 30, 2001.
