  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to agriculture; providing funding for mental 
  1.3             health counseling for farm families; appropriating 
  1.4             money. 
  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [MENTAL HEALTH COUNSELING FOR FARM FAMILIES.] 
  1.7      $150,000 is appropriated from the general fund to the 
  1.8   commissioner of agriculture for transfer to the Board of 
  1.9   Trustees of the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities for 
  1.10  mental health counseling support to farm families and business 
  1.11  operators through farm business management programs at Central 
  1.12  Lakes College and Ridgewater College.  This appropriation is 
  1.13  available until June 30, 2005.
