A bill for an act
relating to human services; appropriating money for a grant to North East
Neighborhoods Block Nurse Program to address health disparities among seniors
in diverse communities.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION; NORTH EAST NEIGHBORHOODS BLOCK
NURSE PROGRAM.

new text begin $250,000 in fiscal year 2016 and $250,000 in fiscal year 2017 are appropriated
from the general fund to the commissioner of human services for a grant to the North
East Neighborhoods Block Nurse Program to provide outreach and services to seniors
in diverse communities in the area served by the program to address health disparities in
those communities.
