A bill for an act
 relating to water; requiring the Department of Natural
Resources to obtain permits for construction
activities in watershed districts; amending Minnesota
Statutes 2004, section 103D.345, by adding a
subdivision.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

Minnesota Statutes 2004, section 103D.345, is
amended by adding a subdivision to read:
