  1.2             relating to economic development; providing for a 
  1.3             grant to Aitkin County Growth, Inc. for payment of 
  1.4             certain taxes; appropriating money. 
  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION; AITKIN COUNTY GROWTH, INC.] 
  1.7      $45,000 is appropriated from the general fund to the 
  1.8   commissioner of trade and economic development for a grant to 
  1.9   Aitkin County Growth, Inc. to pay its current and delinquent 
  1.10  property taxes and associated penalties and interest.  This is a 
  1.11  one-time appropriation and is not added to the agency's base.
