 relating to legislative salaries; creating a standing appropriation; proposing coding
for new law in Minnesota Statutes, chapter 15A.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

under section 15A.0825, pursuant to article IV, section 9, of the Minnesota Constitution, is
appropriated in each year from the general fund to the house of representatives and senate.
