 relating to energy; prohibiting a local ban on new natural gas hookups in residential
construction; proposing coding for new law in Minnesota Statutes, chapter 326B.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.
