A bill for an act
relating to transportation; appropriating money for local match for adding a lane
to a portion of Trunk Highway 10 in Anoka County.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION; TRUNK HIGHWAY 10 FEDERAL MATCH.

new text begin (a) An amount as necessary to provide a local match to federal aid for the project
specified in paragraph (b) is appropriated to the commissioner of transportation from the
trunk highway fund for fiscal year 2010.

new text begin (b) The appropriation under this section is for environmental analysis and design
to construct an additional lane in each direction of travel on marked Trunk Highway
10 from the interchange with Anoka County State-Aid Highway 11, also known as
Hansen Boulevard NW, in Coon Rapids, to the interchange with Anoka County State-Aid
Highway 7, also known as 7th Avenue, in Anoka.
