A bill for an act
relating to liquor; allowing farm wineries to increase cider production; amending
Minnesota Statutes 2014, section 340A.315, by adding a subdivision.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1.
Minnesota Statutes 2014, section 340A.315, is amended by adding a
subdivision to read:

Notwithstanding subdivision 2, a farm
winery may manufacture an unlimited amount of intoxicating cider, provided that cider
produced under this subdivision may be sampled and sold to visitors to the farm winery,
but must be distributed elsewhere through a licensed wholesaler.
