relating to water; permitting city of Brainerd to purchase Brainerd Dam.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

The requirements of Minnesota Statutes, section 103G.525, have been met and
the city of Brainerd may purchase the Brainerd Dam on the Mississippi River in Crow
Wing County.
